Zlux

Zlux - MATLAB tool for Dicom protocol matching and adherence checking

Description

Zlux is a visual dicom header comparison tool. Written in MATLAb, it provides a GUI for loading 2 dicom files and show fields which are matched or unmatched. Features include the ability to set tolerances on paramters matches, as well as saving templates for protocol templates. Private dicom header information is read utilizing the SPM software toolbox (see Requirements below).

Requirements

• MATLAB 7.5 (or newer).
• SPM8 (SPM can be obtained from the Wellcome Trust Centre for Neuroimaging at http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/ )

Installation Instructions

• Download the software from GitHub (see Download section below).
• Add your local folder to your Matlab Path.
• Be sure that you have SPM8 installed and in your Matlab path.
• Run Matlab and type zlux at the prompt to bring up the Zlux GUI.
