UPHS

Penn Medicine Academy serves as a central hub for professional development, learning resources, and organizational effectiveness across Penn Medicine. It offers access to training programs, leadership development opportunities, collaboration tools, and strategic initiatives that support continuous growth and excellence in patient care, research, and education.

Penn Medicine COBALT is a tool that uses a targeted assessment to direct you to the right level of coping support ranging from self-help to scheduling an appointment with a resilience coach, licensed social worker, or higher level provider. Anonymity is an option.

Penn Medicine EAP is available to all employees and dependents 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It offers confidential support to help with a variety of problems, such as anxiety, depression and stress.

Performance Improvement designed to support Principal Investigators (PIs) across Penn Medicine. It provides streamlined access to tools, policies, training, and guidance essential for managing research projects, ensuring compliance, and fostering collaboration in the research community.

Penn Medicine Occupational Health provides centralized access to health and wellness services designed to support Penn Medicine employees and workplace safety. From injury care and prevention to executive wellness programs, the site connects users with expert resources, clinical services, and tools that promote a healthier, safer work environment.

Quest Behavior Health as part of our PennCare PPO program assists employees and their covered dependents with accessing resources to tackle mental health and substance abuse challenges impacting their lives. 

Talkiatry is a national mental health practice, covered by insurance, 100% virtual, in-network care. Talkiatry begins with an evaluation, diagnosis, and matches you with a psychiatrist to ensure a personalized treatment plan. 

Wellthy provides personalized support to help you tackle the logistical and administrative tasks of caring for yourself and the ones you love. Wellthy’s Care Coordinators can help find and schedule appointments with the right level of care.
