Amanda Waffle, Psy.D.
Dr. Waffle is a post-doctoral fellow at the Center for Cognitive Therapy. She completed her doctoral training at La Salle University. She has experience working in outpatient and college counseling settings. Most recently, Dr. Waffle completed an APA-accredited doctoral internship at Rutgers University’s Counseling, Alcohol and Other Drug Assistance Program & Psychiatric Services (CAPS).
Dr. Waffle has comprehensive training in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) interventions, including providing group DBT services within a college counseling setting. Her clinical interests include emotion regulation, mood and anxiety disorders, and adjustment to significant life transitions.
