Areas of Special Interest

Brendon Baker joined the group as a Bioengineering graduate student in September of 2005. An avid proponent of !Science!, Brendon's work focuses on the tissue engineering of the knee meniscus using nanofibrous biodegradable scaffolds. When not shocking himself in the closet, Brendon can be found microwaving tissue culture plastic. Like his advisor, Brendon is an advocate for warm hats, baked goods, and winter cycling.
