Marwa joined the lab in January 2011. She is focused on cartilage tissue engineering using mesenchymal stem cells. She also worked two years (2008-2010) at a surgical device company, Covidien (R&D technology development) in drug delivery. When not in lab she is probably enjoying a good book, hanging out with friends, or going for long drive. And always planning for her next vacation.
