To make payment for treatment services at the CTSA, you can pay through MyPennMedicine.
Starting 48 hours before your visit, you can login to MyPennMedicine to pay for your upcoming visit.
Please note that you must pay for your visit no later than 2 hours before the visit, otherwise the visit will be automatically cancelled.

How to Pay a Back Balance
There are several ways to pay your bill:
- Login to your MyPennMedicine Account, Click on “Menu”, and then “Billing Summary.” You will then have the option to pay your balance.
- Pay your bill online at www.pennmedbill.com. Please have a copy of your billing statement available to reference your account number.
- Call 215-746-6701 between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, select option 2 for return patients, and indicate you wish to make a payment. Your call will be transferred to a Patient Service Associate, who can process your credit card payment.
- Mail a check or money order with your statement remittance to the following address: Penn Medicine
