Size-Exclusion Chromatography inline with Multiangle Light Scattering
SEC-MALS combines multi-angle light scattering with size-exclusion chromatography. It is a powerful technique for absolute characterization of macromolecules in terms of:
- Molar mass
- Size
- Conformation
- Conjugation ratio
- Size-Exclusion Chromatography in-line with multiangle light scattering (SEC-MALS). A standard HPLC assembly with a Wyatt Technology DAWN HELEOS II 18-angle light scattering instrument in-line with Wyatt Technology tREX refractive interferometer. The instrument is operated by a dedicated computer for data collection and analysis.
