Our research team investigates heterogeneity and plasticity of lymphocytes, and the functions of these cell subsets during normal and pathological immune responses (i.e. allergy, infection, and autoimmunity) at cellular and molecular levels. Our focus is on the similarities and differences in the induction and functions of key transcription factors and cytokines during development, lineage commitment, and maintenance of distinct subsets of CD4 T helper (Th) cells and innate lymphoid cells (ILCs), and crosstalk between these lymphocytes during various immune responses in mice.
