Joshua Sarnecky, LCSW, Psychotherapist
Psychotherapist
Joshua Sarnecky (he/him) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned his MSW in 2016 at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. Joshua is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and received formal training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) at the University of Iowa. Joshua has worked with adults, adolescents, children, and families in school-based and community mental health settings in Pennsylvania and Iowa. Joshua has experience working with clients on the autism spectrum, individuals from the LGBTQ+ community, and other diverse groups. While utilizing cognitive and behavioral interventions with clients, Joshua approaches mental health from a strengths-based perspective and helps clients harness their own skills to overcome the challenges in their lives.
