Nicolette Macon-Reaves is a dedicated Patient Service Coordinator with a decade of experience in administrative operations, including over 4 years in healthcare and hospital systems and 4 years in public service throughout Philadelphia. Nicolette plays a central role in managing daily operations, streamlining communication between staff and leadership, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from intake to follow-up care.

Nicolette brings a strong understanding of medical billing, insurance verification, and EMR systems. Her ability to identify process improvements and support multidisciplinary teams contributes to the clinic’s smooth and compassionate care environment.

Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Nicolette has in depth knowledge in patient care and advocacy, healthcare administration, medical terminology, and public policy.
