Medical Case Manager/ Care Manager

As a Care Manager for the entire Penn Medicine Behavioral Health system the goal is to provide community resources, assistance with mypennmedcine access, and array of any other services that benefit patients. By providing compassion, addressing concerns, being a clinical support gives patients continuity of care in a therapeutic and professional environment.

As a graduate from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Counseling, and a minor in Addictions Rosalyn gained numerous skills that is implemented daily. Being employed in numerous human service arenas in Philadelphia and Maryland. Such as the Drug Treatment Court, the child welfare system, serving the Intellectual Disabilities population, the Health Department’s Prevention unit, and working within the Philadelphia Women’s Prison focused on maternal and child health issues. I am a trained Doula, Co-parenting/ Parenting facilitator, Life Skills instructor, Prenatal Instructor, and an Afterschool Instructor that used evidence-based curriculums, and assessment tools/screenings. Rosalyn is very passionate about assisting people by being inclusive and practicing mindfulness, while taking a holistic approach. Rosalyn is an advocate for others, takes initiative, has strong case management skills, collaborates with staff and is an invaluable asset.
