Patrick Farrell, LPC, Psychotherapist
Patrick Farrell (he/him) is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He earned his MS after attending Thomas Jefferson University’s Community and Trauma Counseling Program in 2021. Since graduating, Patrick has worked with racially and culturally diverse populations of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, psychosis, personality disorders, and trauma related stress. Patrick employs techniques derived from DBT, strength-based approaches, and person-centered therapy. He is also trained in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, which aids his patients in finding a sense of safety and calm in their mind and body as they work in the therapeutic process. In 2017, Patrick graduated from Temple University with a BA in Jazz Performance and based on client needs, will utilize creative arts approaches in practice to assist in emotion processing. His therapeutic approach focuses on assisting the patient in achieving their most authentic means of being and moving throughout life.
