Additional Requirements for Adjunct, Visiting, & Wistar Appointments and Promotions
For candidates who are leaving a full-time faculty appointment at Penn, a Termination Form and resignation letter must be submitted to OAA prior to submitting the dossier for the Adjunct case. Approval letter from new home institution is required.
**For any self-employed or externally retired Adjunct track candidate, clear explanation of current employment status must be provided within Chair’s Recommendation letter (in lieu of a Home Institution approval letter.)
