Online Courses

Online Courses are offered in scheduled sessions (usually), led by faculty facilitators, and provide such advantages as asynchronous participation, collaboration with faculty peers, and opportunities for reflection and content application.

Why Online Courses?

To reach our incredibly busy faculty who are increasingly dispersed throughout the region and the world, we have begun to offer professional development via online courses. Participation in these courses happens during specific weeks, but is asynchronous: during the week(s) the course runs, go online when it is most convenient for you. the convenience of being able to log on during the session when it is best for you and from wherever you have internet access (and with most any device)
the incremental benefits of the deeper, more profound learning that occurs with collaboration, reflection, and critical thinking.
the opportunity to network with colleagues and initiate collaborative efforts.
