Reduction in Duties Request Form. Applicable for CE, Research, and Tenure track reduction requests. Also applicable for any AC reduction requests of more than 20%.
AC Reduced Effort Request. Applicable for Academic Clinicians requesting a reduction of 20% effort or less.
Reduction in Duties (in Anticipation of Retirement). Applicable for all tracks.

All requests should be submitted to OAA via Workday for review and approval.
