Leadership
Leadership at the Perelman School of Medicine takes many forms. While some faculty members have formal leadership positions, such as chairs, chiefs, directors of institutes or centers, etc., almost all faculty, at various points in their career, will lead clinical, educational, and/or research initiatives. Fostering leadership skills is a critical component of faculty professional development.
