Self-care is more important now than ever. We each need to be attending to our own needs so that we can be optimally effective in our roles as healthcare providers. In these half-hour discussions, we will discuss strategies for self-care, and elicit ideas from attendees about useful tips to stay healthy, mentally and physically, during these stressful times. These discussions will provide a combination of didactic material and opportunities for processing and support.
